Tilapia is a fast growing white meat fish, bred in high density indoor closed water systems. A mature tilapia fish averages 1.5lbs at harvest. One 3.5 ounce serving has 18 grams of protein, 85 calories, and only 1 gram of fat. Tilapia makes a great meal!
Blair View Farm, Inc is a state-of-the art aquaculture facility with 24 indoor ponds, the only one of it’s kind in Delaware. Ten thousand pounds of tilapia are produced weekly and sold to various wholesalers on the East Coast.
